    • USB drives used to copy images must have filesystem that supports >4GB files (e.g. ExFAT)
  • Stage images in Workstation Player
  • Book location
  • Add location/time to ourgrouponline.org calendar
  • Verify availability of online notes
  • Verify adequate numbers of laptops reserved
  • Verify at least two Senior Members RSVP for event

  • Mice with optional mousepad
  • Prepare Post-It notes with each team’s ID
